We make this at the market to marinate vegetables in or to put on green salads. I like it on grilled chicken breasts.
Makes about 2 cups
1 granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup canola oil
Salt and pepper to taste
